Jesus Brings a Different Norm
Allan Eaglesham
Mathew Chapter 5 v 6 to 11
What is the norm, asks Allan. According to the teachings of Jesus, different than the norm we see around us day by day.
The teachings of Jesus are all out of proportion when compared to our natural way of looking at things, and they come to us initially with astonishing discomfort. We gradually have to conform our walk and conversation to the precepts of Jesus Christ as the Holy Spirit applies them to our circumstances....... Oswald Chambers

Having a Listening Heart, Neil Watson.
1 Kings Chapter 3 v 1-15
This morning, Neil Watson takes us through one of his favourite bible passages, found in the first book of Kings. In this passage, the young king, Solomon, asks God for wisdom .
“Now, O Lord my God, you have made me king instead of my father, David, but I am like a little child who doesn’t know his way around. And here I am in the midst of your own chosen people, a nation so great and numerous they cannot be counted! Give me an understanding heart so that I can govern your people well and know the difference between right and wrong. For who by himself is able to govern this great people of yours?”

Mark Nicholas

Having spent the past year working through Paul's letter to the church in Rome, we reach the final message from the final chapter.
Now to him who is able to strengthen you according to my gospel, the proclamation of Jesus the Messiah, in accordance with the unveiling of the mystery kept hidden for long ages but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings, according to the command of the eternal God, for the obedience of faith among all the nations – to the only wise God, through Jesus the Messiah, to whom be glory to the coming ages! Amen.

Choose Love, Neil Watson
Romans Chapter 14 v 7-12
Continuing in Romans Chapter 14, Paul develops his arguement to chose love and not pass judgement on one another.
Trust steadily in God, hope unswervingly, love extravagantly. And the best of the three is love.
