A Fresh Start, Mark Nicholas.

Isaiah Chapter 61 v 1-7.

Our theme for Advent 2017 is Hope and it is a great to be able to welcome back Mark to give the first message for this Advent season.

The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. I say to myself, “The Lord is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!”

Jesus Brings a Different Norm

Allan Eaglesham

Mathew Chapter 5 v 6 to 11

What is the norm, asks Allan. According to the teachings of Jesus, different than the norm we see around us day by day.

The teachings of Jesus are all out of proportion when compared to our natural way of looking at things, and they come to us initially with astonishing discomfort. We gradually have to conform our walk and conversation to the precepts of Jesus Christ as the Holy Spirit applies them to our circumstances....... Oswald Chambers
